2016 Infinti QX80: Redesign Exterior and Interior

The 2016 Infiniti QX80 has the same controversial exterior design that made its previous model such a hit. Its front end is unconventional, and hosts refreshed headlights, different change signals and extremely effective fog lamps. In addition, there is also chrome outlined side mirrors and LED illuminated lights overall. There are also reports that this car might be available in various colour options, as well as new wheel designs. Its sheet metal coating will remain same and carry the vintage look that everyone came to adore.

Inside of the vehicle, there is a whole new story as the 2016 Infiniti QX80 is set to have the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Its basic trim model itself comes with plush leather wrapped seats with heat control amenities. Its dashboard will host a wide array of safety and infotainment features while being matted with soft touch materials. Redesigned seats are also expected to make way for much more roomy and spacious interiors that will increase both driver’s and passenger’s comfort level.

People who opt for higher trim variants will have other cool features they can choose from.

2016 Infiniti QX80: Engine and Fuel Economy

Regarding the car’s powertrain, the 2016 Infiniti QX80 will remain largely unchanged. In its standard model, there will be a 5.6 litre V8 engine that delivers 400 hp and torque of 413 lb-ft. It will most likely be mated to a 7-speed automatic gearbox that will transfer power to either its rear wheels or on all its wheels. This seemingly unmodified engine has the capability of towing up to 8,500 pounds with impressive acceleration of hitting 0 to 60 mph in just 7 seconds. In terms of fuel efficiency, the stats are rather disappointing as it only returns 14, 20 mpg on city and highway drive respectively.
